Your Tasks
- Review of customer documentation for natural and legal persons within the customer onboarding process
- Review of customer documentation in case of changed circumstances in ongoing customer relationships
- Execution of (data) cleansing tasks
- Quality assurance for mutations of customer master data and bank products
- Execution of (IKS) controls in the areas of data quality and VSB
- Coaching our customer advisors on data quality and VSB topics
What You Bring
- University degree and/or banking training with several years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills and a networked way of thinking
- Dynamic, proactive, and socially competent personality with a careful and independent working style
- Foreign language skills (E/F/I) desired
