- Commitment to effective anti-money laundering in the Swiss financial center within FINMA's Conduct Supervision Competence Center
- Shaping current regulatory projects and supporting the upcoming FATF country review of Switzerland
- Collaboration in various supervisory areas to enforce anti-money laundering
- Identification of weaknesses at the level of individual institutions and the overall market and contribution to their remediation
- Monitoring current and future developments in the conduct area at national and international levels
- Participation in the further development and implementation of a coherent supervisory practice
- Completed university degree in law or economics, ideally with additional training and several years of professional experience
- In-depth experience and solid knowledge in anti-money laundering
- Knowledge of other conduct topics (e.g., suitability, cross-border) is an advantage
- Strong ability to understand complex issues and present them clearly
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, combined with confident communication and independent working style
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (C1) and French skills (B2)
