In this exciting role, varied tasks with development potential await you:
Co-responsible for monthly payroll processing, including maintaining and managing personnel changes in the ERP system (Abacus)
- Preparation of data and payrolls
- Responsibility for the correct recording, management, and accounting of withholding taxes, allowances, as well as variable payroll changes
- Co-responsible for payroll-relevant year-end tasks, insurance reconciliations and reports, as well as supporting management in the budget and promotion process
- Supporting the line in payroll-related topics as well as with evaluations and statistics
- First point of contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
- Active involvement in payroll projects and optimizations
Professionally, you bring:
- Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
- Commercial basic training supplemented by further education in payroll / social insurance
- Excellent knowledge of Abacus and Excel
Personally, you convince through:
- A high service orientation as well as an independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Confident German skills - as well as good English skills
