Payroll Specialist 80-100% (f, m, d) in Zurich or Aarau

In this exciting role, varied tasks with development potential await you:

 Co-responsible for monthly payroll processing, including maintaining and managing personnel changes in the ERP system (Abacus)

• Preparation of data and payrolls
• Responsibility for the correct recording, management, and accounting of withholding taxes, allowances, as well as variable payroll changes
• Co-responsible for payroll-relevant year-end tasks, insurance reconciliations and reports, as well as supporting management in the budget and promotion process
• Supporting the line in payroll-related topics as well as with evaluations and statistics
• First point of contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
• Active involvement in payroll projects and optimizations

Professionally, you bring:

• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
• Commercial basic training supplemented by further education in payroll / social insurance
• Excellent knowledge of Abacus and Excel

Personally, you convince through:

• Confident German skills - as well as good English skills
