About the job
The employment is hourly paid and we have both on-call assignments as well as fixed shifts to offer. It is important that you are flexible and can especially work on weekends. Additionally, various free shifts are available during the week. If needed, you will receive corresponding requests for additional assignments and can sign up for available shifts.
- Ensuring a smooth operation in the cinema
- Friendly and competent guest support and advice
- Sale of tickets, vouchers, and various kiosk items as well as compliance with age restrictions
- Admission control and allocation of seats in the cinema
- Proper preparation of popcorn, nachos, other snacks, and drinks
- Compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
- Competent information and support of guests in case of technical or operational issues
- Cleaning tasks between screenings
- Inventory management
- Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct accounting
- Working on weekends and public holidays is no problem for you
- It is an advantage if you have initial professional experience in the cinema sector (or similar)
- You are communicative and communicate flawlessly in German; additional languages are an advantage
- With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests
- We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented way of working
- You remain calm and act proactively even in hectic situations
- You enjoy working in a team, show your active willingness to help, and proactively share your knowledge
- Good manners and a neat appearance are a matter of course for you
