Tasks
Your tasks:
- Ensure supply: You ensure that Oberägeri always has top-quality drinking, utility, and firefighting water.
- Manage facilities: Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the lake water plant, spring catchments, networks, hydrants, and firefighting ponds.
- Guarantee quality: You ensure that all regulations and standards are met.
- Lead & promote: You lead and supervise your subordinate employee.
- Be ready: You take on on-call duties and act confidently in emergencies.
- Keep an eye on the budget: Responsibility for finances and organization in the water supply area.
- Collaborate: Close coordination with civil engineering within the department
Expectations
Your profile:
- Professionally fit: Federal certificate as a sanitary installer and ideally also as a well master (or the motivation to obtain it).
- Independent & reliable: You take initiative, keep an overview, and act responsibly.
- Digital & organized: Good IT skills and a sense of order.
- Team leader: Enjoy leadership, clear communication, fair interaction.
- Responsible: Conscientious handling of the foodstuff drinking water, careful handling of vehicles and equipment.
- Eager to learn: Interest in targeted further training.
