These are your tasks
- Provide competent information as the first point of contact by phone, email, or in person
- Independently handle customer concerns, make technical changes in the system
- Advise customers on products and services of the energy supply
- Conduct demanding clarifications with specialist departments and provide feedback on time
- Confidently receive and process requests at the reception
- Maintain master data in CRM and SAP IS-U and coordinate meter readings

- Completed commercial basic training with experience in customer service
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills, technical understanding, and a flair for numbers
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as a likeable and winning personality
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style as well as methodological competence
- Good coordination and communication skills even in hectic times
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form with the ability to ask precise questions
- Helpfulness, cooperativeness, and service orientation within the team
