We are looking for a replacement due to the retirement of a long-time colleague starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
A pastor 40%
focusing on families and children
(a replacement is considered registered)
to complement our team consisting of two female pastors, a social deacon, and a female pastor in training. We draw from the sources of the Christian faith and try to build bridges between our Christian tradition and today's living environments.
Your tasks:
Care/Co-design of family and children's programs
Confirmation classes and workshops at the upper level
General pastoral activities including one official week per month
What we expect:
A completed theology degree and eligibility in our national church, whether fresh from university or with experience, both are welcome
A creative way to shape the diverse basic tasks and the focus on family work
Openness to various forms of spirituality and community according to our national church's basic attitude
