Job Description

• Competent and individual care of our elective patients according to the standards of our attending physician system
• Independent implementation of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Accurate nursing documentation
• Support and guidance of new employees and our trainees HF/FH and FaGe
• Assistance in the further development and assurance of optimal nursing quality
• Participation and support in process and structural changes in nursing
• Option to partially take on leadership tasks

Qualifications

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent, with leadership experience
• Professional experience preferably in the field of surgery/orthopedics
• High professional and social competence and a professional understanding of nursing
• Resilient and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills, communication and organizational talent
• Service orientation, high customer focus and appreciation of high nursing quality
• Willingness to embrace innovations and to develop professionally
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Very good IT skills
