To support the non-life personal insurance department, we are looking for a Medical Advisor (m/f/x), independent with an autonomous mandate, capable of handling complex cases in the areas of daily sickness benefit indemnity and occasionally accident insurance (LAA).
Workplace: Headquarters in Lausanne
The tasks awaiting you:
- Evaluation of files concerning the medical situation of our insured persons;
- Verification of incapacity to work based on the documents submitted to the file;
- Verification and evaluation of incapacity to work based on telephone exchanges with your colleagues;
- Exchanges and case discussions with our employees responsible for the files.
Your profile:
- You have training as a specialist in internal medicine, general medicine FMH or equivalent training with practical medical experience in a practice;
- Your mother tongue is French. You have excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of German;
- Ideally, you have several years of experience as a medical advisor in Switzerland;
- You are proficient with common computer tools (MS Office);
- You are already certified by Swiss Insurance Medicine or wish to become certified.
You are committed, autonomous, communicative, and know how to position yourself and make decisions. You know how to set priorities and meet deadlines.
