About the job
We are looking for a fixed-term contract starting in May for a Sales Administration Coordinator - 100% (duration 10 months)
Position based in Chavornay (VD)
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative processes related to the distribution of our products
- Contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers by responding quickly to their requests (phone and email)
- Ensure the follow-up of customer orders, from receipt to delivery and invoicing
- Be the privileged contact for our stores and points of sale
- Assist the teams of our stores and field by ensuring product availability and visibility of our stocks
- Coordinate the implementation of product launches in close collaboration with our Marketing and Sales departments
- Manage the material needs and suppliers of our distribution center
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure deadlines are met
Profile:
With excellent interpersonal skills, you work as a team to effectively respond to the requests of external/internal customers. You have a sense of service and customer satisfaction and represent their voice to your internal contacts. Your rigor and organizational skills will be useful to manage priorities. Analytical and synthetic, you know how to take a step back to benefit from an overall vision of the different processes.
Skills:
With a commercial professional maturity or equivalent training and at least 3 years of professional experience
Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (minimum B2), English is a plus.
Very good knowledge of common computer tools
Good knowledge of an ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)
Analytical mind and good ability to work with Excel data
