Office Management (50% - 60%) - On-site in Sursee
Your tasks
- Ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office – from workstations and materials to mail and office supplies to the provision of snacks and drinks
- First point of contact for all organizational and administrative concerns
- Support in coordination with internal and external parties
- Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assistance in organizing and accompanying internal events and customer events
- Support in creating and publishing articles on the website and social media
Your profile
- Commercial basic training and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the service sector
- Very good knowledge of German
- Independent, structured, and hands-on working style
- Organizational talent with an eye for detail and enjoyment in coordination and communication
- Team player mentality and open to new things
- Enjoy being a central point of contact
