- Two years, many opportunities: In our on-the-job trainee program, you will gain a diverse insight into various companies and business areas of the fenaco-LANDI group (e.g., UFA, AGROLA, LANDI, Anicom, crop production, etc.)
- Leadership fit in theory and practice: You will get a taste of sales, marketing, finance, business administration, and project work – all with the goal of preparing you for a leadership role
- You are on the move: Whether regionally or in other parts of the country – your area of deployment is diverse and offers you exciting perspectives
- You have completed further training as an agricultural merchant HF, agricultural technician HF, agronomist FH or ETH – or a comparable education with proven practical relevance to agriculture
- You want more: to take responsibility, lead teams, and shape the future – ideally in one of our companies
- Communication is your strength: You speak and write German fluently, and you can communicate well in French
- You are open, motivated, and flexible: Assignments in different regions of Switzerland and in various teams are seen by you as an exciting opportunity, not a hurdle
