What you bring

• Training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Leadership experience or the motivation and willingness to complete leadership training
• Flexibility, resilience, patience, as well as the will and ability to make a difference
• Good administrative skills and PC knowledge
• A sense of humor

• Leading a team of 11 employees
• Responsibility for the quality of service delivery and team development
• Responsibility for the people entrusted to you
• Support and care for residents with special needs and implementation of individual service programs
• Mostly regular working hours
