• Responsibility as IT Business Partner for defined applications throughout the entire lifecycle and their integration into the existing IT landscape
• Close collaboration with the specialist departments to capture, prioritize, and evaluate requirements
• Consulting and end-to-end optimization of business and IT processes, including best practice recommendations, automation, digitization, and cost optimization
• Ensuring application operation including coordination of 2nd and 3rd level support
• Planning, coordination, and management of the entire release management across all system environments, including creation and maintenance of release plans, conducting release readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions
• Coordination between specialist departments, IT teams, and external partners within the scope of releases and projects
• Project management and project participation in the responsible application and process areas
• Training and support of internal specialist departments as well as creation of documentation

• Higher professional education as a business informatics specialist FH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience as an IT Business Partner, Application Manager, or in a comparable role
• Experience in release management as well as coordination of changes and deployments is an advantage
• Very good knowledge in the analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes
• Technical basic understanding of system architectures, interfaces, and operational processes
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
