Clerk Metal Construction – Quotation and Project Support (40–80%)

Galli Metallbau AG in Steffisburg is an innovative, regionally rooted company specializing in metal, steel, and glass construction. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality who thinks along, organizes, and actively relieves our project managers in everyday office life.

Your tasks

• Process quotations and tenders
• Handle small orders independently (including orders, scheduling)
• Coordinate purchasing and material orders
• Write and follow up on invoices
• Process inquiries from customers and architects
• Support project managers and management with administrative tasks
• Participate in internal projects and process optimizations

Your profile

• Commercial experience or professional experience in the construction/metal construction sector
• Career changers with a craft or construction background are welcome
• Very good IT skills, proficient in digital processes
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Team player, communicative, resilient
• German spoken and written
