Night shift employees 40 - 80 % also divisible into different part-time positions
As part of our night shift team, you accompany our residents during the
night. You ensure safety, security, and professional care - and are there when someone needs you. You work independently and autonomously at night. At the same time, you are not alone:
An experienced on-call service from the team is always available to support you on call.
Your tasks
Individual care, nursing, and support of the residents at night
Ensuring peace, safety, and well-being
Performing nursing and pedagogical activities as needed
Documentation and handover to the day team
You bring
Completed training in the social or nursing field (FaBe / FaGe EFZ, specialist HF/FH, curative education specialist / social pedagogue or similar)
Enjoyment of working at night and working independently
Responsibility, calmness, and empathy
Good German skills and PC user skills
