About the job
- Serving and advising customers as well as promoting sales
- Assisting in ensuring the sales-ready baked goods assortment (baking station)
- Performing restocking tasks in the sales area and taking over at the cash register
- Carrying out cleaning tasks and maintaining prescribed order and cleanliness
You are motivated, dynamic, and open to new things. If you already have some experience in retail/sales, even better. You also enjoy interacting with customers and are characterized by pleasant manners and high resilience. Furthermore, you are proactive, a good team player, like to take responsibility, and understand how to respond to customer wishes. You have good spoken German skills and look forward to a varied and independent activity.
Regarding your work assignments, you and we are flexible. This means irregular working hours (late shifts from about 1:30 p.m. to about 10:00 p.m.) as well as shifts on weekends or public holidays are considered a welcome change. Ideally, you have a driver's license and a car. It would be optimal if you live nearby. Otherwise, our TopShops for late shifts are all easily accessible by public transport.
