Reporting to the Banquets & Breakfast Manager, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:    

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Set up and dismantle rooms according to Service Orders (SO)
• Review Service Orders (SO) daily
• Ensure the good condition of equipment in the rooms
• Respond to client requests
• Carefully perform the service tasks assigned
• Identify the group leader and guarantee quality service
• Be flexible and cooperative in all circumstances, especially when required to collaborate with another department occasionally
• Commit to the quality of service, discretion, and perfect honesty
• Maintain a professional attitude, be smiling, and remain calm at all times
• Respect ergonomic work standards in health & safety rules, hygiene, and sanitary prescriptions
• Respect the policies, procedures, and service standards of the department and company

Any other tasks as assigned

• Fluency in French
• Knowledge of English is an asset

VISA REQUIREMENTS

To work in Switzerland, the candidate must possess a Swiss work permit or be from an EU-17 or EU-8 European country.
