What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification – alternatively a specific further education in health insurance and process management
- Experience in business analysis or good knowledge of the insurance industry in the private customer sector
- A flair for data analysis and process optimization
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
- A structured, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of working with a high quality standard
- High self-organization and initiative
- Very good communication skills
- Enjoyment of further development and new challenges
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
