Account Development Representative (M/F) - IT/Cloud
About the team you will join:
As an Account Development Representative, you will join the Cloud sales team, based in Paris (Courbevoie), composed of inside sales representatives and Business Developers. Your mission will be to recruit new partners and ensure new sales opportunities.
Tasks and responsibilities of the position:
As an Account Development Representative, your mission will be lead generation in cooperation with the Business Developers. Through outbound campaigns via emails or phone calls, your mission will be to create lists of relevant prospects.
Among your responsibilities, you will also find:
- ensuring the operational side of sales:
establishing quotes, responding to customer calls, providing them with information on prices and products
ensuring follow-up on ongoing deals with our partners
regular communication by phone or email with partners
answering partners' questions on various topics (certifications, partnership level, pricing understanding, post-sales, ...)
- prospecting is part of the role, with a main focus on supporting partners and following up on existing business opportunities.
- working in tandem with Business Developers
- developing an excellent knowledge of products and solutions from both the publisher and Arrow (participation in training/seminars/webinars organized by the publisher and/or Arrow)
- participating in outbound lead generation activities, complementing partner management and follow-up activities.
Your profile:
- Graduated with a Bac+4 level or from a Business School, you have completed at least 2 years of internships in a company in the same type of position and/or you already have successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the same sector (IT/Cloud sales)
- Good level of English
- With good interpersonal skills, rigorous and autonomous, you want to invest yourself within a dynamic company
- A true hunter spirit, you enjoy prospecting and client contact
- You have very good articulation, listening skills, a real ability to convince, and real ease on the phone
- Knowledge of CRM tools would be an asset
- At least a communicative level in English
