Join us in shaping the future of environmental measurement and sensor technologies – at the intersection of research, teaching, and real-world application.
At the FHNW School of Engineering and Environment, we offer you the opportunity to turn innovative ideas into reality, build a strong team, and make a meaningful impact through your expertise.
Your responsibilities:
- Take an active role in advancing environmental measurement and sensor technologies at FHNW: you will further develop a dedicated team and manage a well-equipped laboratory (currently focused on aerosol measurement technology).
- Share your expertise through teaching – by delivering engaging lectures in both foundational and advanced modules and supervising hands-on student projects (a willingness to teach in German after an initial period is expected).
- Acquire and manage applied research and service projects – practice-oriented, innovative, and results-driven.
- Support the growth of your academic team with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Contribute to the strategic and technical development of the Institute for Sensors and Electronics by introducing fresh ideas and initiatives.
