We are a company with residential, day structure, and work placements for adults with disabilities. Over 650 people work in our facilities in Chur, Davos, Ilanz, Surava, and Tiefencastel.
For our residential home in Surava, we are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement.
In this versatile role, you will work in a living group and in day activities for adults with primarily intellectual, partially psychological, and/or physical disabilities. You will accompany the residents in their daily and leisure activities, meet them at eye level, and enable them to lead a fulfilling life. You will regularly be in contact with relatives and legal representatives.
