Job Description

As a Manufacturing and Problem-Solving Mechanic (m/f/div.) in the saber saw blade area with a focus on punching, you take responsibility for the maintenance and ensuring the functionality of various systems and processes. As the deputy to the work planner, you support in various topics. You are the link and contact person for technical matters in production (MSE 1).

Your tasks mainly include:

• Problem detection, problem analysis, and problem solving fall within your responsibilities
• Contributing optimization proposals as well as process and procedure development are part of your work area
• You conduct training for machine operators and production team leaders
• You are responsible for the management and replacement procurement of wear parts
• Performing maintenance and necessary repairs are among your responsibilities
• You support the improvement of 5S workplace organization and work ergonomics

Qualifications

• Education: Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic / automatic mechanic / automotive mechanic (m/f/div.))
• Personality and working style: Communicative, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality with an independent, systematic, and precise working style
• Experience and know-how: Experience in production technology is an advantage
• Languages: Good communication and expression skills in German
