Accounting Specialist (a)
Due to internal changes, we are looking for a trustworthy personality to support our finance team with their broad expertise by arrangement. In this versatile and exciting role, you have the opportunity to apply your know-how purposefully and continuously develop it further.
Your tasks
Management of the accounting for Auto AG Rothenburg (public transport)
- Independent management of financial accounting
- Checking, coding, and processing of creditor documents via ELO
- Preparation and execution of payment runs
- Preparation, control, and recording of public transport revenues with ticket sales settlements
- Creation of reports and statistics
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assistance in managing other accounting departments of Auto AG Group
- Posting of liquid funds
- Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Creation of reports and statistics
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Preparation of VAT and withholding tax returns
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or business diploma as a solid foundation
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a comparable industry
- Further training as an accounting clerk or in training to become a specialist in finance and accounting
- Independent, flexible, and precise working style as well as teamwork and assertiveness
- Trustworthy personality with a structured and accurate working method
