Tasks
- Führen der Haupt- und Nebenbücher inklusive Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Abstimmung von Intercompany-Beziehungen und Unterstützung bei Finanzprojekten.
Skills
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich erforderlich.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung.
- Versierte MS Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise Abacus Erfahrung.

For our Eye Center, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Finance Specialist (100%)
Your area of responsibility:
- Managing the general and subsidiary ledgers including accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Liquidity and financial planning
- Participation and involvement in financial projects
- Reconciliation of intercompany relationships
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet / income statement)
- Obtaining operating permits for our eye centers and clinics
- Assistance with overall administration
Your profile:
- You have a commercial education and necessarily further training in the financial sector (for example, federal certified finance specialist).
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
- You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus
- You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- French and English skills are an advantage
