Within EY-P, ourStrategy&Executiongroupprovidesa full range of strategic consulting services including corporate and growth strategy, M&A integrations, separations, transformations, Private Equity value creation, Operational/HR/IT Due Diligence, and Operational Restructuring. OurStrategy&Executionteam works cross-functionally and across the entire transaction lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

• In your role asConsultant, you will engage in a diverse array of strategy projects, including portfolio strategy, go-to market models, market access & pricing, health equity & sustainability, healthcare system transformation initiatives etc.

• You will also work on integrations, carve-outs, corporaterestructuringand other types of M&A transactional engagements in project teams directly with ourclients

• Support a wide range of strategy and M&A transactionaltopics

• Identify, and oftentimes implement, innovative solutions for complex clientchallenges

• Support business development through developing intellectual property, proposal documents and attending salespitches

• Gather andanalyzeinformation, and provide recommendations to team members andclients

• Collaborate with clients on planning and executing strategy and M&A deal life cycleworkstreams

• You will help build an open and inclusive work environment and support tomaintainprofessional relationship with our clients

What we look for

• A completed business or STEM degree. Background in life sciencesadvantageous

• At least 1 year of post-graduate industry and/or consulting experience, ideally within the commercial strategy and M&Aspace

• Sharp analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills in academic,professionaland extracurricularsettings

• Excellent skills in PowerPoint for building presentations andproficiencyin Excel for data analysis andmanagement

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in English.Additionalfluency in German, French and/or Italianadvantageous

• Client-oriented attitude and desire to make animpact

• Readiness to learn and develop new skills; Interest in the Life Sciences sector, commitment to expanding knowledge and understanding of both business-related and scientific nuances within the Life Sciencesfield

• Curious mindset with a willingness to work on a variety of topics,demonstratingadaptability and openness to newchallenges

• Creative thinker and self-starter who can generate innovative ideas and take initiative in tasks/projects

• Strong teamplayer mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries andregions

• Hard-working individual with an ambitious mindset, dedicated to achieving high-qualityresults

• Diligent ad detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in alltasks
