The Secretariat of the Swiss Conference of Integration Delegates (KID) is looking for a university intern (50%) starting January 2026 or by arrangement.
Who we are
KID is the inter-cantonal expert conference on issues of integration, migration, and racism. It participates in the planning and implementation of Swiss integration policy and promotes the exchange of information and experience among its cantonal, municipal-urban, and regional members as well as with other actors in integration promotion and anti-racism efforts at all governmental levels and with civil society organizations. More information can be found at: www.kid-cdi.ch.KID maintains a secretariat. This secretariat, in close cooperation with the co-presidency and on behalf of the board, manages the association's affairs, prepares decision-making bases for KID committees, organizes meetings and conferences for the board and plenary, and is responsible for documentation and administration of affairs. It is located in the House of Cantons (HdK) in Bern.

Tasks
Your tasks:- Assisting in the preparation of KID committee matters (creating decision-making bases, statements including preliminary clarifications and research).
- Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and conferences (content-wise, organizationally, and administratively), if possible also active participation in meetings and conferences.
- Administrative assistance in the secretariat.
Requirements
Desired profile:- Interest in issues of migration, integration, and anti-racism as well as networking. A personal migration background is considered an advantage.
- Interest in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or comparable education.
- German or French with very good knowledge of the other language.
- Good analytical and editorial skills.
- Forward-looking and goal-oriented working style.
