To support us and complete our Solution P&C (Property & Casualty) team, we are looking for an ERP Business Analyst - Product & Policy - 80-100%, who will work closely with business departments and digital transformation technical teams.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Prepare and lead workshops on capturing detailed functional requirements
- Translate requirements into technical-functional specifications and define technical solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Document/model (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of systems
- Participate in estimating implementation effort, evaluate and formalize business specifications according to added value for the company
- Support and participate in functional and UAT test sessions
- Collaborate closely with POs, developers, and architects to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an insurance environment. A BA certification is a plus
- Higher professional education such as HES, university degree in Computer Science or equivalent diploma
- Understanding of overall IT architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
- Excellent communication and ability to adapt to interlocutors to act as the interface in projects
- Expertise in ERP solutions (Guidewire is essential (PolicyCenter certification a plus))
- Excellent level of French (C1) required and proficiency in English (B2)
