Junior Mandate Manager (m/f/d)Location: Zurich

Your tasks
- You have overall or partial responsibility for an FM mandate
- Support the customer with questions about facility management; consulting and selling additional orders
- You are the first point of contact for the customer on site and the communication interface between the customer and operations
- You share responsibility for the preparation of all budgets in the account (P&L responsibility), support the tracking of ongoing costs and ensure a continuous expansion of the service portfolio
- You maintain the existing customer relationship and further develop the customer in terms of a partnership
- You are responsible for implementing occupational safety in all activities on site
Your profile
- Commercial training or in the field of hospitality
- Sound knowledge in technical and infrastructural facility management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- Very good PC skills (Office suite, ticketing tool)
- You have a high willingness to learn with a quick grasp and flexibility
- You are a team player with a high service orientation and customer focus
- You keep an overview, even in hectic phases, like to take initiative and act proactively
- Strong communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation combined with problem-solving competence
- You maintain an independent and efficient working style, quality-conscious, solution-oriented and think along
