Welder – Aluminum Welder

Activities

Daily planning and work preparation for the assigned group
Assembly of components of the aluminum pipe cart box according to drawing
Welding of aluminum profiles using MIG and TIG processes
Quality responsibility according to Swiss standards and guidelines
Initial sample inspections and controls by random sampling
Inspection of weld seams and documentation of quality tests

Requirements

Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus builder or metalworker
Further training as a welding specialist SVS or as an International Welding Specialist
Ideally certified for non-destructive testing (VT/PT)
First leadership experience desired
Very good welding skills in MIG and TIG processes, preferably in the aluminum sector
Willingness to work in shifts
