Care Specialist 60-80%

For our Residential Offer Plus at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement, limited until May 31, 2026, as

• Accompanying, caring for, and supporting clients with intellectual, physical, and psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
• Guiding or accompanying clients in daily personal care
• Supporting the implementation of pedagogical processes
• Performing daily household tasks such as cooking, room design, and cleaning
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
• Administrative and organizational tasks

• Training as a social pedagogue (HF/FH), as a care specialist EFZ, or career changer with basic EFZ training
• Experience working with people with impairments
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)

• 5 weeks of vacation up to 50 years, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks of vacation purchase possible
