To strengthen our team in the outpatient clinic for substitution and heroin-assisted treatments at the Center for Addiction Disorders, we are looking for you as of December 1, 2025, or by agreement
Responsibilities
- You bear overall responsibility for the operational, organizational, and personnel management of the ward.
- You ensure the implementation of the treatment mandate and contribute to the strategic and operational development of the ward.
- You create, control, and monitor the duty roster and ensure personnel coverage (including holidays, illness, on-call duty).
- You lead the nursing team professionally and personally, conduct employee interviews, promote employees purposefully, and further develop the team.
- You are responsible for budget planning and monitoring as well as compliance with billing processes and economic targets.
- You ensure operational safety, occupational health and safety, and consistently implement company guidelines on hygiene and safety.
- You coordinate infrastructure, logistics, external delivery services, and technical matters and ensure smooth processes in daily business.
- You plan, organize, and lead team meetings, internal events, and represent the ward in committees and meetings.
- You take over crisis management and control interventions in acute problems or personnel shortages.
- You work closely with the deputy management, nursing development, and the interprofessional team and promote an open, cooperative team and leadership culture.
Profile
- Certified nursing professional HF/FH with leadership training or willingness to further education in leadership/management.
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatry and/or addiction disorders, preferably with leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, strategic thinking, and business understanding.
- High social competence, team orientation, resilience, and decisiveness.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment and ability to actively shape change processes.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of MS Office and clinical IT systems.
