Certified Nursing Specialist HF 50-100%

Your area of responsibility

Professional planning and implementation of care and support taking into account the social and cultural needs of our residents
You plan, organize, coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing tasks as the person responsible for the day
Active participation in team development and change processes

You bring with you

Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or tertiary level long-term care
Several years of experience and knowledge in geriatrics/gerontology
Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
High service orientation, networked thinking, and organizational skills
Creativity and openness to changes and new ideas
Appreciative, committed, and empathetic attitude
Team and communication skills
Independent and reliable way of working
