Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the EHC, for the Morges Hospital site, a:
Senior Communication Project Manager (M/F) at 80%
The EHC communication department operates like a small internal agency. While following the institution's strategic line, dynamic and responsive, the department responds to various requests from internal clients (General Management, doctors, services, sites) or external (media).

YOU HAVE
- A university degree in communication or any other title deemed equivalent.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in a position with high responsibilities, ideally in an agency or in the health sector.
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of new communication tools, social networks, new technologies, and virtual media.
- Great agility combined with autonomy and the ability to be proactive.
- The desire to thrive in a demanding and stimulating environment focusing on the ability to act and undertake.
- A strong client and solution orientation combined with curiosity and creativity.
- A good understanding of issues allowing skillful prioritization.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Implementation of communication projects that are developed according to the EHC's annual roadmap (internal and external communication).
- Planning, briefings, budget and deadline management of these projects.
- Implementation of communication plans for the opening of medical centers, new services, or arrivals of new doctors (social networks, press announcements, events, internal communication, printed materials, etc.).
- Coordination within the department (graphic designer, photographer) and external providers (web developer, etc.)
- Updating the website, monitoring and implementing new developments to meet the needs of the institution and employees, optimizing referencing (SEO, GEO)
- Writing press releases and following up on media requests.
- Organizing and supporting internal and external events.
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting actions for continuous improvement (website, social networks, etc.).
- Supporting the communication manager on projects that require it.
