Your Tasks
As a "Specialist in Processes and Innovations," you take on a central role in the further development and optimization of patient administration. The main tasks are:
- Analysis and optimization of existing workflows in patient administration and development of new, efficient process structures.
- Identification of future-oriented technologies and methods and their integration into administrative processes.
- Independent project work to improve patient administration.
- Evaluation and interpretation of administrative and process-related data to identify optimization potentials and support data-based decision-making.
Your Profile
- Completed studies at HF, FH, or university level, ideally in healthcare, business administration, process management, computer science, or a related field.
- Very good IT user skills, especially in handling MS365, ERP systems (e.g., Navision/BusinessCentral, KISIM, CuraMed), and digital tools; affinity for digital solutions and data analysis.
- Proven project management competence and experience in implementing change and innovation projects.
