Office for Hunting and Fishing | 80-100% | Chur
The Office for Hunting and Fishing is committed to the protection and sustainable use of wildlife and fish stocks as well as their habitats in the canton of Graubünden. The canton is home to rare animal species such as capercaillie, black grouse, rock ptarmigan, hoopoe, or riverbank runner – and for several years now also a habitat for large predators such as wolves, lynx, and occasionally bears. A well-functioning administration is needed to fulfill the work.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual
Your area of responsibility
- Administration of hunting and fishing license sales (including online shop)
- Support of the associated IT programs as well as training and support of license issuing offices
- Participation in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support in financial planning, budgeting, and annual accounting
- Support of the secretariat with general tasks and handling customer inquiries
- Support of various departments in organizational and administrative matters

What we expect from you
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in finance and accounting is an advantage
- Good IT user skills and enjoyment in working with digital solutions
- Independent, structured working style and organizational talent
- Interest in nature, hunting, and fishing is a plus
