Here you will be involved
- in the planning, coordination, and organization of the endocrinology consultation
- in preparing the consultations
- in patient reception, including contact with patients as well as internal and external contacts
- in writing medical reports and other correspondence from dictation
- in ensuring the administrative processes of endocrinology
- in organizing, updating, and archiving documents and medical records
- in capillary blood sampling
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary
- already have several years of professional experience in a similar position, advantageous
- possess good PC skills
- have confident German language skills and master medical terminology
