Responsible for the overall accounting of the assigned Vigier companies in coordination with the superior position and mutual representation with other team members. The position holder ensures the monthly closing dates and the posting of all business transactions.

• Posting incoming and outgoing payments (QR, bank, and post) and simultaneously balancing accounts receivable/accounts payable invoices
• Ongoing posting of movements over cash accounts in local and foreign currency
• Posting and reconciling the cash registers of the accounting areas
• Checking the accuracy and completeness of the read invoices and transferring them into SAP from A3
• Manual invoicing internally and externally and posting of services rendered and recharges
• Handling dunning and debt collection
• Pre-coding and starting the workflow of incoming invoices including posting after full approval
• Posting MM invoices including any clarifications
• Transfer of accounts payable invoices from Verify into SAP
• Maintaining the general ledger with reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (from payroll accounting, other receivables and liabilities) according to the instructions of the team management and decentralized as well as central controlling
• Posting monthly accruals prepared by decentralized controlling
• Ensuring that all business transactions are correctly and monthly posted
• Checking and approving expenses according to IKS
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns of the accounting areas and making them available for review in the VAT portal
• Preparing sales and input tax reconciliation of the accounting areas
• Creating and filing evidence according to the VAT return checklist

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or are an accounting clerk. Professional experience in financial accounting is an advantage. Your knowledge of the MS Office suite and the ERP program SAP complete your profile. Precise work as well as a flair for numbers and accounting are a matter of course for you. You are a team player and flexible. You have fluent knowledge of German and French and use it confidently in your professional everyday life.
