Are you ready to take on a key role in the electrical industry and drive innovations forward? For our "Technical Products & Performance" team, we are looking for a committed professional to help shape the change.
Your main tasks:
- Liaison: As a central contact point, you coordinate between our Electrical Specialist Management Switzerland and the regional teams. You work closely with local energy suppliers and regulatory authorities
- Safety management: You take responsibility for the network operator role according to NIV and ensure timely monitoring and execution of periodic electrical installation inspections at our customers
- Action planning: Based on the conducted specialist inspections, you initiate necessary measures, coordinate their implementation, and ensure compliance with the maintenance standards of ISS Switzerland AG
- Consulting & coaching: You act as a technical advisor when it comes to implementing and updating safety concepts and coach our employees to continuously expand their expertise
- Quality control: You create and update standardized documents and ensure through internal audits that all processes and requirements regarding expertise, quality, and legal regulations are met
- Innovation promotion: Develop and implement electrical service concepts and products that offer real added value to our customers, and actively contribute to the (co-)organization of internal training sessions.
- Representation: You represent the ISS Electrical Specialist Office in professional associations and organizations and further expand our network in the industry
Your profile:
- Advanced vocational training as an Electrical Safety Consultant or Project Manager Installation and Safety
- Further training as an Electrical Installation and Safety Expert HFP, completed or in the final year of training
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager in electrical and installation technology (advantageous)
- Solid knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and legal requirements in the field of electrical and installation technology
- Proactive, solution-oriented personality who drives optimizations and communicates clearly and effectively both internally and externally
- High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced social competence
- Very good German skills, additional French skills are an advantage
