About the job

• Personnel and technical leadership of the Construction Management Team Emmen (East region – Central Switzerland, Northeastern Switzerland, Ticino)
• Active leadership and shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and client representation for construction projects in SIA phases 2 to 5 (building construction and site infrastructure)
• Coordination of strategic framework conditions as well as development of procedural concepts, project plans, and project organization
• Preparation of decision-making bases and proposals for decision-making bodies
• Leading project teams in a complex environment and ensuring synchronization and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring project goal achievement in the dimensions of quality, deadlines, and costs as well as project-specific risk management

• Education in architecture or civil engineering, further training in project or real estate management is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience
• Solid experience in construction project management as well as Swiss construction standards, SIA norms, and project management methods
• Several years of experience in project management of demanding construction projects with business management responsibility
• Implementation-strong personality with communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and team-oriented thinking and working style
• Negotiation-level German skills, additional languages are an advantage
