Claims Specialist Personal Insurance 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Coordination, scheduling, and management of benefit cases including BVG premium exemptions
• Telephone and written clarifications with policyholders and insurers
• Checking all claim documents (notifications, invoices, certificates, etc.)
• General administrative tasks
• Answering simple labor law inquiries related to benefit cases

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry
• Further training as an insurance specialist with a federal certificate or insurance intermediary certificate VBV
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Quick comprehension, independent and precise working style
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, good written English skills, additional languages are a plus
