For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the role of Scrum Master at senior level (5-8 years) from 01.12.2025

Main tasks:
- As a Scrum Master (SM), you act as a passionate servant leader and agile coach for the team.
- Your main task is to further develop and coordinate the processes and collaboration within the team as well as the entire Agile Release Train (SAFe).
- You work closely and actively with the Product Owner (PO) of the team, the other teams in the ART, the line organization, and other stakeholders. You address, mitigate, track, or escalate risks, obstacles, and challenges of the team appropriately.
- In your role as a change agent, you support the transformation within the team and the organization, provide impulses for the further development of existing processes, and thus promote the acceptance of agile working methods. Scrum Master for one of our teams for our new CRMI system (BSI - SESAM) for our sales staff.
Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- You are an empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented personality and enjoy coaching people and teams, possessing the necessary moderation skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Several years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization.
- Completed further training courses in agile frameworks and methods are an advantage (e.g., SAFe® SM certification).
- German: C2 – Near-native proficiency
