What Awaits You
As a working student , you will gain practical experience during your studies, get to know the IT world intensively, and network with other Baloise employees. You have the ability to create innovative solutions and can successfully implement new structures and processes.
Your focus is on operational project support, which you drive forward independently.
Your tasks include, among others:
- You relieve project managers in their tasks in all phases of project execution and ensure smooth processes.
- You manage the administrative framework of a project, e.g., invitations, minutes, presentations, maintain to-do lists, and assist in structuring.
- You support compliance with project processes and governance requirements, thereby relieving the project portfolio team.
- You take over setting up the project infrastructure including onboarding of project resources.
Your Team
The focus of your work is directed at the needs of the project managers and the portfolio management team. Your new home is our project manager community. Here you contribute with your passion as well as your good overview and understanding. Currently, we have over 50 quite different projects in form and size – ensuring variety and many learning opportunities. We look forward to your application.
