Your role:

• Independent and responsible support of our client advisors
• Coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of client appointments
• Opening of client relationships including due diligence clarifications
• Proactive handling of client orders and correspondence by email and phone
• Independent client interaction (compliance, stock exchange orders, payment transactions, etc.)

Your education and experience:

• Bank training and very good knowledge of banking processes and products
• Experience in private banking assistance
• Native German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Your working style:

• You have a high level of customer and service orientation, work independently and responsibly
• You take ownership of your tasks and use creative freedom
• You have a positive and winning personality
