Your Tasks
As Deputy Team Leader Outpatient Billing, you are responsible for the smooth operation of outpatient billing. The main tasks are:
- Supporting the professional and personnel management of a team of 9 employees
- Ensuring complete service recording and control as well as correct and contract-compliant billing of outpatient services to various cost carriers
- Handling daily business, providing information, as well as control and monthly closing tasks
- Professional discussions with service providers as well as support and training of service recorders
- Ongoing review and optimization of processes, participation in patient administration projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and good knowledge of medical terminology
- Very good IT user skills, especially in handling MS365, ERP systems (e.g., Navision/BusinessCentral, KISIM, CuraMed) and digital tools; affinity for digital solutions.
- Preferably experience in project work and digitalization projects
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills, assertiveness, as well as independent and precise working style
