YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Leadership, coaching and training of shift supervisors and employees in multi-shift operation
- Ensuring quality requirements
- Continuous optimization of work processes, production workflows as well as material and energy consumption
- Rapid implementation of improvement measures and active participation in investments
- Willingness to be on call duty
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Completed technical basic training
- Further training as master technician/operations technician or similar
- Several years of leadership experience in a production company, knowledge of 7/24 operation is an advantage
- Experience in plastics processing is an advantage
- Resilience, initiative and pronounced problem-solving skills
