HR System Specialist 80–100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
• You ensure the stable operation and ongoing optimization of our HR systems, especially SAP, Polypoint PEP, Swiss+ and Umantis
• You are responsible for central topics such as release management, authorizations, and system documentation
• You manage interfaces and actively contribute to the further development of our HR system landscape
• You create regular HR reports
• You optimize HR processes in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• You plan and support tests, approvals, and system adjustments
• You take on a key role in the modernization of our HR IT architecture
• You participate in exciting digitization projects and conduct training and communication measures
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of HR applications (ideally SAP, PEP, UKA, Swiss+, etc.) and HR processes
• Ideally experience in the HR environment as well as in IT and/or HR IT projects
• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and enthusiasm for sustainable solutions
• An engaged, motivated, and humorous personality with strong communication skills
• You enjoy connecting people, topics, and systems and navigate confidently in exchanges with different stakeholders
