For the care and support of thirteen people with dementia in the protected living group, we are looking for an agreement
Your tasks
- Resource-oriented care and support
- Assistance in implementing existing and new quality standards such as validation, basal stimulation, kinaesthetics
- Maintaining care documentation on EasyDok
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or SRK Care Assistant
- Advanced knowledge in dementia and validation is an advantage
- Strong social skills and organizational abilities
- Good oral and written German skills
