Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a motivated person for our finance team in Montlingen starting May 2026 or by arrangement as
CREDITOR ACCOUNT CLERK (M/F/D) 80%
Your tasks:
Operational processing from invoice receipt to payment (creditors)
Processing of incoming invoices (paper format and electronic) in the workflow
Preparation of the weekly payment run
Monitoring of travel expense accounts and support with travel expense reports
Deputizing for accounts receivable accounting
Supervision of apprentices in the creditor department
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and OR
Participation in asset accounting and other projects
Your profile:
Commercial basic training as well as further training as an accounting clerk or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in the financial accounting area of an international company
Structured, precise, and independent working style
Strong communication skills and confident appearance
Very good German and good English skills are required
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP
