For the successful implementation of our projects, we are looking for you as a member of our experienced development team. Holistic real estate developments with a high urban planning and architectural standard are our focus. Your activities range from acquiring new projects, analyzing market potential and the needs of investors and users, to deriving corresponding project ideas, feasibility studies, and special use planning. In interdisciplinary planning teams, you will further develop ideas for real estate projects that meet the architectural and economic goals of Burckhardt and external clients.
What you bring:
- Completed studies in architecture with at least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland.
- Ideally further training in real estate management.
- Interest and affinity in real estate development and urban planning as well as a flair for numbers and interest in building law.
- You appreciate cooperation and collaboration with demanding stakeholders.
- Ideally, you have a network of owners, clients, public authorities, and planning partners in the Zurich area and Eastern Switzerland.
- Convincing communication skills and the ability to analyze complex challenges and find creative solutions.
- You speak German at a native level; English or French skills are a plus.
